Who We're Looking For

Who We're Looking For BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification. Current HCPC registration with no restrictions. Significant post-registration physiotherapy experience. Previous experience working within an outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapy setting. Leadership or management experience within a physiotherapy service. Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills. Experience managing a varied caseload independently. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Passion for team development and delivering exceptional patient care.

Desirable Experience with in private healthcare. Previous responsibility for service development and business growth. Injection therapy, sports physiotherapy or advanced MSK qualifications. Experience supporting students, junior physiotherapists or clinical supervision programmes. Benefits:

Role responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the outpatient physiotherapy team, providing professional and clinical leadership.
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation across a varied caseload.
  • Ensure the department meets clinical governance, quality and safety standards.
  • Support service development and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support recruitment, training and mentoring of physiotherapy colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, referrers and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain excellent patient outcomes and patient satisfaction levels.
  • Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
  • Support in inpatient where required.
