We are looking for a kind, compassionate and committed Night Support Worker to join the care team supporting a two-year-old boy with complex clinical needs, living at home with his family in Rackheath, Norwich. As part of the care team, you'll provide 1:1 support during waking night shifts, helping to ensure he remains safe, comfortable and well cared for throughout the night.

You will support with his clinical needs, personal care and prescribed care routines, while maintaining a calm and reassuring environment.

This is an opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with a young child and his family while developing your skills within complex healthcare and paediatric support.

He has complex clinical needs including:

• Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)
• Stoma care
• PEG feeding
• Support with personal care, eating and drinking

You will play an important role in helping him remain safe, comfortable and well-supported at home, while also contributing to his development, wellbeing and quality of life.

Key Details

• Shifts: 12-hour waking night shifts
• Schedule: Fixed rota, including alternate weekend working
• Location: Rackheath, Norwich
• Contract: Part-time contracted fixed rota or casual basis available
