£27,000 - £30,000 per year + bonus + expenses

· Level 3+ qualification in Health & Social Care
· Minimum 2 years' recent experience in Adult Health & Social Care (Senior Carer level or above)
· Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

This role would suit candidates with experience in Adult Care as a Senior Carer, Care Coordinator, Team Leader, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, Care Manager or an existing Health & Social Care Assessor
The Role
· We're recruiting for a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners working towards apprenticeship qualifications across workplace settings.
· You will support, coach and assess learners, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their programme.
