We are seeking a skilled and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our People Team. This is a key role responsible for delivering accurate payroll services, statutory compliance, and high-quality advice to managers and staff across the organisation. You will be responsible for producing timely and accurate payroll and management information for the People Team and managers. Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance and Audit, you will ensure payroll data is accurate, compliant, and managed in line with financial controls and legislative requirements.

You will manage and deliver all monthly payroll activities accurately and on time, including the investigation and resolution of complex pension calculations. You will also play a critical role in ensuring compliance with HMRC and other statutory bodies, including completing all payroll end-of-year processes within statutory deadlines. About You You will have strong experience of running an efficient payroll function and giving advice to managers and staff, together with thorough knowledge of payroll procedures, HMRC and the statutory responsibilities of the payroll function.

With excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively, you will be confident in advising managers and staff, analysing complex information, and working collaboratively across teams. Closing date:
