Temporary In-Branch Resourcer

Accelerate Personnel are currently seeking for a Temporary In-Branch Resourcer to support our busy branch with candidate attraction, recruitment administration, and day-to-day resourcing activity.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organised, people-focused, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates via job boards, CV databases, and referrals

• Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate calls

• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate availability

• Supporting consultants with compliance checks and on boarding

• Maintaining accurate records on the recruitment system

• Providing excellent candidate and client support in-branch

About You:

• Previous recruitment, resourcing, or admin experience (preferred but not essential)

• Confident communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment

• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented

What We Offer:

•£12.21 Per Hour

• Monday-Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

• Weekly Pay
