• Select and hire the best personnel for clients in a timely manner.
• Negotiate terms of cooperation and contracts between clients and candidates.
• Source candidates through various methods.
• Prospect and negotiate to connect talent with client needs.
• Contribute to the growth of our network and Linked In page.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a bachelor’s degree in resource/recruitment.
• Enthusiastic, positive, joyful.
• Trustworthy, reliable, committed, ambitious.
• Driven, independent, solutions‑oriented.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
  Italian a strong advantage.
• Adaptable, able to manage multiple moving parts and change focus quickly.
• Fast learner, able to adapt to new systems, tools, and processes.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
