You will have a sound understanding of employment law and HR practice, strong communication, analytical and IT skills, and the ability to build credibility quickly with a range of stakeholders.

You will be confident coaching managers, providing constructive feedback, managing competing priorities and working in a commercially focused, results‑driven way, with a strong commitment to equality, diversity and continuous professional development. We are looking for somebody who is curious and who likes to explore possible solutions.
