A leading manufacturing business is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver people strategies that support business priorities. This role involves providing guidance on employee relations, leading change processes, and championing recruitment strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, contributing to transformation and succession planning. The position requires a CIPD Level 7 qualification and at least 5 years of relevant HR experience.

The salary is up to £65k plus bonus, with on-site work required 4 days a week.
