• Build relationships with automotive clients and candidates across the UK
• Match top-tier talent with industry-leading automotive businesses
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job advertising to placement
• Hit and exceed performance targets with the support of a proven training programme

• A self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Resilience, motivation, and a strong work ethic
• Passion for people and the automotive industry (experience not essential)
• Ability to thrive under pressure and hit deadlines

Full Training Provided

• First-year earnings circa £55,000 (base salary + commission) £80k+ achievable
• Uncapped commission structure - the harder you work, the more you earn
