A recruitment consultancy is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support union negotiations and implement a new benefits platform. This role requires experience in dealing with unionised environments and strong expertise in rewards and benefits. The position is a 6-month contract based in Oxfordshire with hybrid working three days a week. Ideal candidates will have a background in medium to large-sized organizations.
