Eyzon is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support their People function. You will manage a varied ER caseload, provide expert HR advice to managers, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have significant ER experience, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to handle complex and sensitive ER cases. CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or working towards) is preferred.
