• Source and secure the best personnel for clients in a timely manner.
• Negotiate terms and conclude contracts between clients and candidates.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from cold acquisition to final placement.
• Leverage various sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Prospect and negotiate, ensuring strong matches between client needs and candidate skills.
• Contribute to the growth of our network and Linked In page.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and joyful.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to build solid connections based on mutual respect.
• Committed, ambitious, and driven to make things happen.
• Independent, solution‑oriented, and comfortable with challenges.
• Comfortable with multitasking and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
  Italian is a strong advantage.
• Adaptable skillset and ability to manage multiple priorities with agility.
• Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new systems, tools, and processes.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
