Location: 2–4 Queen St, Norwich NR2 4SQ

Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home after induction
Salary: £27,500–£37,000 (DOE) +
uncapped bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday

. You will take ownership of an established Accountancy desk
, specialising in placing part‑qualified accountancy professionals into temporary, contract, and interim roles across Norwich and the surrounding areas.

This is a sales‑focused role where you’ll be responsible for both business development and candidate sourcing
, building long‑term relationships with clients and connecting them with top‑tier talent.

• Drive new business through proactive sales, outreach, and marketing activity.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with employers.
• Create effective job adverts, network, and headhunt to source top talent.
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure strong alignment with client needs.
