The Opportunity This is a broad and commercially focused Reward position where you'll partner with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver reward solutions that attract, retain and motivate talent.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading annual salary and pay review processes Designing and developing reward frameworks and job evaluation methodologies Conducting salary benchmarking, pay modelling and market analysis Using data and insights to improve reward effectiveness and inform business decisions Supporting reward projects from concept through to implementation Advising leaders on reward strategy, pay decisions and governance Driving continuous improvement across reward processes and systems Promoting fair, transparent and inclusive reward practices They are looking for someone who brings:
Previous experience within Compensation, Reward or Total Rewards Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, pay structures and reward principles Excellent analytical and Excel skills, including modelling Confidence managing multiple stakeholders across a complex organisation A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong project management skills Experience working with HR systems (Workday experience is advantageous but not essential) CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be beneficial Why Apply?
