Maritime and Coastguard Agency is seeking a HR Recruitment Advisor - Strategic Projects to join the busy recruitment team. You will support recruitment activity across the Agency from planning through advertising, assessment, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
You will advise hiring managers, help ensure campaigns are compliant and candidate-focused, and collaborate with HR, Communications and the wider business to maintain governance and high service standards.
