Ginger Pickle is a marketing agency based in Norwich. We are growing rapidly and now is an exciting time to join the business.
We’re looking for a proactive Performance Marketing Specialist to join our small Norwich-based team. This isn’t a generalist role; we need someone who can own the strategy and technical execution for our paid media clients from day one.
You’ll be our lead specialist for Google and Social Ads, managing everything from advanced keyword intent mapping to technical tracking setups. You’ll work closely with the agency founder and our delivery team to ensure our clients—ranging from B2B to high-growth E-commerce brands—get the results they deserve.
Responsibilities- Strategy & Setup: Owning the end-to-end strategy and setup of high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
- Technical Mastery: Getting hands-on with Google Tag Manager to set up e-commerce tracking and using scripts to keep Google Ads running efficiently.
- Feed Management: Optimising product feeds through Google Merchant Centre and Meta Commerce Manager.
- Performance Analysis: Constantly monitoring performance to identify where campaigns are lagging and implementing the fixes needed to improve them.
- Looker Studio Reporting: Building and maintaining clear, automated reports that help our clients understand their ROI.
- Expert Consultation: Acting as the subject matter expert on client calls, explaining the "why" behind the numbers.
- Proven Experience: Significant professional experience running paid campaigns in an agency setting.
- Analytical Mindset: You should be comfortable reviewing data, identifying trends, and making technical changes in a CMS when needed.
- Communication: The ability to explain complex performance data clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Curiosity: A proactive attitude toward learning new tools and staying ahead of platform updates.
- Data Interpretation: Turning complex performance data into meaningful insights that clients can actually use.
- Deadline Management: Maintaining total accuracy and high-quality work across multiple accounts without the "last-minute drama".
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off
- Annual profit share bonus
- Training and development, including industry conferences
- 4pm finish on a Friday
