We are currently working with a global B2B organisation that delivers digital media, marketing campaigns and industry events powered by technology. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking company with global reach and impact.
This role involves managing and optimising the digital systems that support campaign delivery, events, and communications, bringing marketing, technology and data to ensure scalable, high-quality digital execution.
Responsibilities- Configure, manage, and optimise digital platforms, marketing automation tools, and CMS systems to support campaign, event, and email delivery.
- Implement and maintain system integrations across marketing technology, data capture, and audience engagement platforms.
- Translate business, commercial, and operational requirements into technical specifications and scalable digital solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end digital campaign and event workflows, ensuring system reliability, performance, and compliance.
- Monitor platform performance, data accuracy, and system integrity, identifying issues and implementing technical improvements.
- Drive continuous optimisation of digital infrastructure, processes, and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Proven ability to operate and optimise digital platforms and marketing technology within complex digital ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience designing and managing email campaigns, templates, and automated workflows using professional email tools.
- Practical knowledge of building and maintaining websites and event pages using CMS platforms.
- Understanding of how digital campaigns, events, and user journeys are structured and delivered across multiple channels.
- Strong capability to manage multiple systems and tasks with high accuracy, organisation, and awareness of data tracking and compliance requirements.
