Cyber Change Programme Manager
Location:
London, UK (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months
Job Description:
The Cyber Change Programme Manager will lead a large, complex, multi-year cyber and operational resilience regulatory change portfolio (e.g. PRA/FCA expectations, , UK operational resilience, outsourcing and third party, cyber resilience) across technology and business units. The role owns end to end delivery, governance and stakeholder management to achieve demonstrable compliance, risk reduction and uplift in cyber security posture. Senior Technology Programme Manager with deep experience leading global cyber and operational resilience regulatory change (PRA/FCA, DORA, outsourcing/third party) across major banks;
strong at turning regulation into executable roadmaps, governing complex portfolios, and achieving tangible risk reduction.
