Location: Norwich
Salary: Up to £70,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Network Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and wants to be at the forefront of network innovation.

You’ll be working hands‑on across Cisco and Juniper technologies
, supporting enterprise environments spanning LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security, and Cloud
. It’s a role where you’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, influence improvements, and help shape the future of network services.

This position would suit either:

• An experienced Network Engineer ready to step up, or
• A seasoned professional looking to broaden their impact, leadership exposure, and technical depth

• Play a key role in maintaining and enhancing enterprise network infrastructure
• Support connectivity across cloud and hosted environments
• Provide technical leadership across projects and contribute to the network roadmap
• Drive automation and modernisation initiatives
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management
  , working with internal teams and third-party providers
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota (where required)

• Strong experience across a mix of:
  • SD-WAN (overlay & underlay)
  • SASE / SSE
  • LAN switching & wireless networking
  • Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper
• Certifications such as CCNA (minimum), with CCNP-level knowledge preferred
• Experience with network automation (Python or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including packet-level analysis (Wireshark)
• Ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, and work effectively with third parties

• Work in a large‑scale enterprise environment
• Be involved in modernisation and automation initiatives
