About the role We are looking for a motivated and innovative Dev Ops Engineer to join our ICT & Digital team, supporting the continued transformation of services across Broadland and South Norfolk Councils. This is an exciting opportunity to help design, develop and maintain digital solutions that improve the experience for our customers while delivering real value to our internal services.

You will play a key role in developing modern, integrated systems and contributing to a web-based Dev Ops toolchain, helping our services work smarter and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Supporting the development of digital services, including web forms and front-end components Redeveloping legacy forms and helping expand our low-code / no-code approach Improving user experience to drive increased customer self-service Helping integrate systems using APIs to enable seamless data flow and automation Supporting mobile and integrated solutions, including REST and SOAP APIs Monitoring and maintaining automated processes to ensure reliable system performance Troubleshooting software issues and contributing to continuous service improvement Producing supporting technical documentation What We're Looking For We are looking for someone enthusiastic about digital development and keen to grow their Dev Ops and integration skills.

You will have:

A qualification in Computer Science or equivalent experience Knowledge of CI/CD, automation and integration approaches Strong understanding of user-focused design

Experience with APIs, web applications or integrations Knowledge of Agile working practices Understanding of data protection and accessibility standards Closing Date: 22 July Interview Date: w/c 3 August Why Join Us?
