University of East Anglia in Norwich is seeking a Head of IT Disaster Recovery & Continuity to build and lead the university‑wide ITDR capability. You will shape policy, governance, recovery plans, testing, SaaS assurance and dashboards to give leaders confidence in resilience.
Lead across ITCS and the wider university, align roadmaps with business RTO/RPOs, and embed recoverability into change, incident and risk processes while managing stakeholders and suppliers.
