We are looking for an experienced HR & AI Systems Architect to lead the design, integration, and evolution of a global HR technology ecosystem.

This is a senior individual contributor position at the intersection of HR technology, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and AI innovation. You'll be responsible for defining architecture strategy, driving modern integration approaches, and helping shape how AI enhances HR processes and employee experiences across a complex global organisation.

This role would suit an experienced HR Technology Architect, HRIS Architect, Oracle HCM Architect, or Enterprise Systems Architect with deep expertise in HR platforms and integrations.

Role

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end HR technology architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready. Working closely with HR, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and external partners, you'll influence strategic technology decisions while remaining close to solution design and delivery.
