Spectrum IT is partnering with a well-established UK organisation undergoing an IT digital transformation. They seek an IT Support Analyst to join the internal IT team on a 12‑month fixed term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the Winchester head office 2–3 days per week.
You will provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the organisation, onsite and remotely, and manage tickets while collaborating with IT teams and third‑party suppliers to deliver high‑level service.
