Big Red Recruitment is seeking a proactive 1st Line IT Support agent for a large enterprise, based onsite in Hinckley with hybrid flexibility (2 days on-site). You’ll own incidents, troubleshoot, and learn on real systems and projects, supporting UK users and collaborating with a friendly IT team.
We’re looking for 12+ months on a busy helpdesk, strong communication, and solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Active Directory, TCP/IP basics, with ITIL awareness.
