Job DescriptionThe role requires a strong understanding of business processes, requirements management, stakeholder communication, and experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE

, and related Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and pain points.
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and recommend solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
- Support solution design discussions with architects and technical teams.
- Create and maintain business process maps, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
- Work closely with development and QA teams during implementation and testing phases.
- Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support change management, training, and adoption activities.
- Ensure successful project delivery following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Management.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement modules.
Good understanding of:
- Customer Service
- Marketing
- Field Service (preferred)
Experience in Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- Business Process Modeling and Gap Analysis.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical UnderstandingKnowledge of D365 architecture and configuration capabilities.
Understanding of Dataverse data models.
Familiarity with integrations involving APIs, Azure Services, and Microsoft ecosystem.
Knowledge of reporting and dashboard requirements using Power BI.
Understanding of security roles, workflows, and business rules within Dynamics 365.
Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) - Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Certifications
Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, or Telecom domains is an added advantage.
Soft SkillsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
Effective facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
