Claranet is seeking a Problem Management Lead to govern the end-to-end lifecycle, including root cause analysis and lessons learned from major incidents. You will analyse incident trends, drive improvements, and collaborate with incident, change and engineering teams to reduce recurring issues.
You will facilitate problem review meetings, assess risks, and ensure regulatory and governance requirements are met across managed services environments.
