Foresters Financial is seeking a proactive Service Desk Technician to support Head Office and field staff with 1st line IT issues, including Windows environments, AD, Office 365 and SCCM related tasks.
You will own incident resolution, monitor backups and system performance, assist with software rollouts, and participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota, working 40 hours per week across shifts.
