Technical Support Analyst - Third Line Support

The Role:
We are seeking a specialist to provide critical 3rd Line support focused on infrastructure, identity, and access management. You will be responsible for implementing Microsoft Entra , configuring Conditional Access, and driving DSPT compliance and security hardening initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot complex authentication, access, and identity issues.
Manage Entra and collaborate with tech teams for MFA onboarding.
Produce technical documentation and operational support guides
