Technical Support Analyst, 3rd Line Infrastructure
Location:
Norfolk
Rate: £226 per day
IR35 Status:
Inside IR35
Working Pattern: 5 days per week on site
Role OverviewWe are recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to provide 3rd Line technical support across infrastructure, identity and access management services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 3rd Line support across infrastructure and enterprise systems
- Implement and support Multi Factor Authentication using Microsoft Entra
- Configure and manage Entra , Conditional Access and authentication methods
- Support identity and access management services
- Troubleshoot complex authentication, access and identity related issues
- Work with infrastructure, application and cybersecurity teams to onboard users and applications to MFA
- Support vulnerability remediation and security hardening activities
- Assist with DSPT compliance by implementing security controls and providing technical evidence
- Support Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Monitor infrastructure performance, alerts and system capacity
- Support patching, upgrades and configuration changes
- Produce technical documentation, implementation guides and operational support procedures
- Provide technical advice and support to less experienced colleagues
- Ensure incidents and service requests are logged, prioritised and resolved within agreed service levels
- Strong 3rd Line infrastructure support experience
