Randstad Technologies Recruitment in the UK is seeking a Digital Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support and customer service to staff across sites in Norwich (and Chelmsford). The role logs, manages, resolves, or escalates IT incidents and service requests, with CMDB asset management and RA-related duties.
The position is fully on-site, 37.5 hours per week with a Monday–Friday rota (08:00–16:00 or 10:00–18:00) and an on-call component.
