Location: Remote-first (UK) with occasional travel for team collaboration (Norwich)
Salary: 65,000

Reed Technology is partnering with an innovative and growing organisation to recruit a Systems Delivery Manager to join their business transformation function.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced delivery professional who thrives on turning strategy into action, bringing together people, processes and technology to deliver meaningful business change.
Working across multiple business functions, you'll lead the delivery of systems, technology and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are successfully implemented, adopted and deliver measurable business value.

Reporting into a senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and driving a portfolio of business systems and transformation projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
You'll work with stakeholders across commercial, operational, people, finance and technology teams, ensuring priorities remain aligned, risks are managed, and delivery momentum is maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of business systems, digital transformation and technology initiatives.
• Translating strategic priorities into structured delivery plans and work streams.
• Managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and governance.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• Building strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Supporting business readiness, communication and adoption activities.
• Providing regular project reporting and delivery updates.
• Driving continuous improvement across delivery processes and ways of working.

You should be able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience delivering complex technology, systems or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong project and programme management capabilities.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, governance and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• The ability to coordinate multiple teams and competing priorities.
• Experience working across both business and technology functions.
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to overcoming delivery challenges.
