Assessment & Strategy- Conduct deep assessments of on-prem infrastructure using AWS tools like Migration Evaluator and Application Discovery Service.
- Define migration roadmaps aligned with AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP).
- Plan and execute migration of applications, data, and infrastructure to AWS Cloud.
- Collaborate with architects and client IT teams to ensure minimal disruption.
- Remediate vulnerabilities, support IAM policies, encryption, and key management.
- Ensure compliance with AWS and organisational security standards.
- Recommend right-sizing and modernisation opportunities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and configurations.
- Support TCO analysis and business case development.
