IT Support Technician

Join a well-established organisation as an IT Support Technician, providing 1st and 2nd line support within a busy and collaborative IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a modern technology environment, supporting users, devices and business-critical systems.

This role is based on site in Norwich, and may include occasional travel to other sites.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system issues.
Set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
Manage user accounts and access permissions.
Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Assist with software installations, upgrades and system updates.
Provision equipment for new starters and support user offboarding.
Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
Liaise with third-party suppliers where required.
Escalate major incidents and security concerns appropriately.
Experience Required

Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or IT Technician role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
Knowledge of Active Directory and/or Entra .
Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
Experience deploying and configuring end-user devices.
Knowledge of iOS and Android device support.
Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems.
Full UK driving licence.
