Service Now ITSM Project Manager
Location: Cambridgeshire / Hybrid
Type: 12 months FTC - circa £70,000
Exalto Consulting is supporting a global manufacturing organisation in the search for an experienced Service Now ITSM Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic service management initiatives across an international business. This is initially a 12 month FTC role paying up to £70,000 basic salary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Service Now ITSM projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions and countries.
- Work closely with Service Now specialists, internal teams, and third party partners to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive effective governance, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support process improvement initiatives across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalogue management.
- Ensure solutions align with business needs and contribute to operational efficiency and service excellence.
