As a Third Party Capture Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for contacting claimants involved in road traffic accidents with the company's policyholders. Your objective will be to provide a seamless claims experience by introducing the services available to them, managing vehicle damage claims, and arranging replacement vehicles or alternative settlement solutions where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a portfolio of claims efficiently to achieve individual and team targets.
• Communicate with claimants and other relevant parties via telephone and email.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the claims process.
