We are looking for a Third-Party Capture Motor Claims Handler to join our company, which is recognised by Forbes as a Worlds Best Employer and Best Employer for Women.

As a Third-Party Capture Motor Claims Handler, your purpose will be to contact Claimants who have been involved in an accident with our policyholder and convert them in to accepting our services to deal with their vehicle damage claim, as well as any replacement vehicle needs. If they accept our offer, you will be responsible for arranging their vehicle damage to be dealt with, as well as instructing for a replacement vehicle to be supplied and/or offering cash alternatives.

As a Third-Party Capture claims handler, your responsibilities will include:

• Case Management: Work through your teams case load efficiently to achieve monthly targets, both individually and collaboratively.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of accuracy and compliance to meet internal and external audit requirements.
• Customer Service: Deliver professional standards of service to internal and external customers.
• Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls and correspond with all relevant parties via telephone or email.
