Junior Commercial Litigator Rogers & Norton Solicitors

Rogers & Norton Solicitors is seeking a Junior Commercial Litigator with up to 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join our busy and friendly Litigation team in our Norwich office.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious junior solicitor to develop their career in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including:

• Contract disputes
• HMRC litigation
• Professional negligence claims
• Partnership and shareholder disputes

Working closely with experienced litigators, you will benefit from hands-on experience, direct client contact and opportunities to develop both technical and commercial skills from day one.

Candidates must have demonstrable experience in commercial litigation, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively both independently and as part of a  return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes a profit-share bonus, Bupa cash plan health cover, enhanced pension, death in service benefit, and discounted personal legal services.
