An opportunity has arisen for a Criminal Paralegal to provide vital support across a varied caseload of criminal law matters. As the appointed Criminal Law Paralegal you will be assisting solicitors with the preparation of cases from police station through to trial, attending police stations and courts when required. In addition you will be drafting legal documents, statements, reviewing prosecution evidence and preparing case bundles as well as liaising with clients, counsel, courts and external agencies .

You will have previous criminal law experience gained working as a paralegal within a firm renowned for their criminal law offerings. As the chosen Criminal Law Paralegal you will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail along with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast:paced environment. Ideal Paralegals will be Police Station Accredited. You will be able to demonstrate a clear interest in progressing a long:term career in criminal defence.
