Our Tier 1 Legal 500‑ranked Employment team in Norwich are seeking an ambitious Associate to advise leading commercial and public sector clients.

Are you ready to take the next step in your employment law career?

We're looking for a qualified solicitor (up to 3 years PQE) to join our Employment, Pensions and Immigration team in Norwich. You'll work with a range of commercial and regional employers on varied employment law matters.

• Advise SMEs, mid‑market firms, and global organisations
• Support regional education and government clients
• Handle both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters
• Get involved in business development for the Norwich practice

• Qualified solicitor with up to 3 years PQE
• Strong drafting, presentation, and client relationship skills
• Enthusiasm for employment law and team collaboration
• Desirable: experience supporting corporate transactions
