The Role

Working closely with the wider commercial and operations team, the successful candidate will take ownership of contract administration and procurement across a varied portfolio of projects. Sourcing materials and negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers and subcontractors
Maintaining accurate contract and order records
Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Supporting the wider team with general contract administration duties
Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to secure the best value for the business
What Our Client Is Looking For

Strong organisational skills and real attention to detail
Confidence negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
Previous experience in a contract administration, buying, or procurement role (construction or building services background advantageous but not essential)
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities
Good communication skills, comfortable liaising across site and office teams

Why Apply

This is a stable, varied role within a well-regarded business, offering the chance to get involved across a broad range of projects and build strong relationships across the industry.
