Maintenance Builder £34,505 per annum Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk Permanent, Full Time Proposed Interview Date: W/C 9th March (TBC) We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Builder to carry out general building maintenance works to a wide range of building types, including those works not necessarily of their own trade.

Key Responsibilities Include:

All general maintenance building work to maintain

Saffron Housing stock and other premises. Some bricklaying, roofing, concreting, plastering, tiling etc of a maintenance nature. Building work in association with improvement contracts, minorworksand small new build contracts. Conduct work under the productivity schemeoperatingin Asset Management in the most economical way.
