We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, supporting a range of Mitie clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to lead a cleaning team while ensuring consistently high service standards across routine, planned, and periodic cleaning operations.

• Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives, including recruitment, training, and ongoing development.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality cleaning services in line with agreed schedules; monitor performance to maintain consistent standards of cleanliness.
• Provide on-the-job training, particularly around Health & Safety procedures and technical cleaning guidance.
• Manage stock levels, order cleaning supplies, and oversee the correct use of cleaning materials.
• Distribute uniforms and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Handle operational issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.

• Proven experience in cleaning supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices and the ability to organise workloads effectively.
