Cleaner – Network Rail, 20 Lower Clarence Road, Norwich, Norfolk, England, NR1 1HA

Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour

  10 hours (2 hours per day, 4 pm–6 pm)

• Maintain equipment and cleaning areas in a clean, well‑maintained, and safe condition, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Develop knowledge of designated cleaning areas, schedules, and appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals while complying with Health and Safety requirements.
• Complete all required training to perform cleaning duties.
• Work effectively within a team and independently when necessary.
• Build positive relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and continually seek ways to improve and exceed expectations.

• Basic English reading and communication skills.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to duties and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
