Kew Green Hotels is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee hotel-wide maintenance at its Norwich site. You will drive day-to-day repairs, lead a maintenance team and coordinate contractors to keep the property safe, compliant and fully operational.
You’ll own the maintenance function, plan preventative programmes, manage budgets and supplier relationships, and champion high standards across guest and back‑of‑house areas, delivering value and a first-class guest experience.
