BCP Council is recruiting a Site Operative to work at Millhams Recycling Centre, Ringwood Road, Bournemouth. The role involves supporting daily operations as part of a flexible, multi-skilled team and contributing to a safe and clean site.
The full-time position is 37 hours per week on a fixed rota from Thursday to Monday, including weekends and bank holidays. Starting salary is £26,824 (pro rata for part time) with a defined pay band and opportunities to progress.
