Norwich Living Wage City Action Group is seeking a dedicated Caretaker for our housing stock. You will help secure and maintain communal areas, keep premises clean, and support tenants with guidance and advice.
You will work with the Neighbourhood Service Team to enforce health and safety, carry out minor repairs, and monitor contractor work. The role requires reliable, self-motivated individuals who can attend meetings outside of normal hours.
