• Provide specialist engineering development, maintenance & troubleshooting support within Encirc Beverages' bottling plant, with a focus on improving PLC hardware & software equipment reliability, optimising performance, and delivering long-term technical solutions.
• Deliver hands-on training to engineers, ensuring consistent standards, knowledge transfer, and the adoption of best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production functions to build capability, reduce downtime, and ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with Encirc Group policies and compliance requirements.

• HNC in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working on Krones high-speed filling lines
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work unsociable hours when required
• Experience with in the Food and Drink sector
• Experience supervising and leading engineering teams driving continuous improvement
• Experience with SAP including creating orders and searching for parts
• S7 PLC programming
• In-depth fault finding
