Cleaning Site Supervisor – Hewett Academy

£13.05 Per hour

17.25 Hours per week

We have a successful partnership with Hewett Academy and we are looking to recruit a Cleaning Site Supervisor on a part time basis, you'll be required to work Monday Thursday 4-7:30pm Friday 4-7:15pm.

The Role:

Alongside supervising the delivery of the contractual cleaning service, it will be your responsibility to co-ordinate a small on-site team of cleaners, ensuring;

Service levels are communicated and achieved.
Equipment and products are stored, maintained and replenished as required.
Attendance and time management is monitored.
Health and safety guidelines are observed onsite.

Our Successful Candidate:

You will need to be able to demonstrate some commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment, alongside some experience of supervising or leading staff, although this does not need to be within the industry.

Alongside this, you will;

Be able to confidently engage with clients and members of the public.
Have good organisational skills, able to manage your own and others workload.
Have a good eye for detail, and be able to maintain high levels of customer service.
