Field Manager

Overview

We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in Norwich.

Hours:

45 hours per week, Monday to Friday – some flexibility on hours available if desired.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

• Manage, mentor and coach teams to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, coordinate work and resolve customer issues.
• Support team development through training, appraisals and fostering positive communication.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture including zero harm initiatives.
• Manage resources efficiently while ensuring quality service delivery within required timescales.

• Experience with in the water industry at a supervisory level.
• Possession of an NRSWA ticket and a full driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for nurturing relationships across diverse teams.
• Collaborative, thriving in an environment that values teamwork and partnership.
• Trusted to deliver results while caring for colleagues, communities and the environment.
