Role
Repairs Administration Team Leader needed in Norwich — Paying £18.19 per hour
Full-time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and support a team of Repairs Administrators.
- Ensure repairs are logged, scheduled, and closed down accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring KPIs, targets, and service standards are met.
- Oversee daily coordination with planners, operatives, contractors, and customer service teams.
- Handle complex customer queries and resolve escalated issues.
- Review workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records using repairs management systems.
- Support managers with reporting, data insights, training, and service development.
